Our rates are per day and apartment:

• The rates are in Euro. Included are all ancillary costs, bed linen, bathing towels, hand towels, tea towels as well as a final cleaning.
• For anyone from the age of 14 we are obliged to levy a tourist charge (local tax) of 3,00 Euro per person and night. This levy is not included in the total price of your stay.
• Upon prior request we can also provide a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Cancellation

• We are delighted that you are coming. Up to three months in advance of your arrival you can cancel for free.
• Between 3 months and 4 weeks prior to arrival we charge 3 days of the booked rate.
• Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 80% of the booked rate.

Four-legged friends
Upon arrangement dogs can be brought with you. There is a supplement of 5.00 Euro per day without feed.

Methods of payment
The bill can be cleared in cash or bank transfer.

Arrival & Departure
When arriving our apartments are available from 14.00.
If you can’t make it by 19.00 on the day of arrival, we request that you inform us on the day beforehand.
The apartments must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure. We can arrange other times upon request.
